Please provide your email address, Beyond the Mat™ will a send a confirmation of your order when it is shipped with the tracking number.

If for any reason you are not truly satisfied with our products, please return the item(s) for a replacement, exchange or a refund. A refund will be given only if the item has not been worn and the tags are still attached. Beyond the Mat™ encourages you to return your package using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail (delivery confirmation) to help ensure the package has arrived.

Beyond the Mat™ will not be responsible for packages lost in transit and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Dept.
